Brent is usually the BIONIC, indestructible person in our family! Extreme heat doesn't bother him, his endurance level is amazing, his pain threshold is off the charts! But, this ONE TIME, it seems that I was the person (only family member, in fact) who dodged the bullet with the yucky stomach virus that was making the rounds!
Yes, I'm feeling rather invincible! But, I'm also aware that writing about my "great escape" could be a major jinx! Wouldn't it be just my luck to post and gush over my superpower abilities only to wake up the next day with nausea, chills, and flu symptoms! Well, at least for today I'm feeling rather smug about my HEALTHY human condition!
