Writer Jane Austen said it well: "There is nothing like staying at home for real comfort!" After any trip it always feels good to be home again! The adventure of vacations is thrilling but there is such a peaceful feeling to arrive back to the comfort of your own bed and surroundings! Even though the reality sets in quickly of the demands of being back!
I agree with the unknown author who said: "I am grateful for the lawn that needs mowing, windows that need cleaning, and floors that need waxing because it means I have a home." I have no plans to wash the windows today but there is plenty of laundry from our Colorado trip that I need to tackle!
